Special meetings may be called, if needed. 
Notification will be given of any changes to the schedule.

Village Board & Committee of the Whole Meetings

The Village Board generally holds its regular meetings the first and third Tuesdays of each month unless cancelled by prior notice or moved to accommodate holidays and conflicts. The Committee of the Whole meetings immediately follow the regular board meetings. Meetings are held in the Village Hall boardroom (290 Evergreen Drive, Vernon Hills) unless otherwise noted. Meetings begin at 7 p.m.

FY 2027 Budget Schedule

• FY 2027 Budget Session workshop will be held March 3, 2026 at 7 p.m.
• FY 2027 Budget Public Hearing will be held March 16, 2026 at 6:55 p.m. , immediately before Board Meeting. Note that March 16 is a Monday, with meeting moved due to the Primary Election on March 17.
• FY 2027 Budget Approval is anticipated to be held during the April 7, 2026 Board Meeting.
• The Village FY 2027 begins on May 1, 2026.
