2025 Road Rehabilitation Project

Each summer the Village targets particular sections of roads, sidewalks, curbs and parking lots for maintenance and rehabilitation. This proactive effort helps maintain roadways in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Residents who may have questions or need to report any damages to their property during construction are encouraged to contact the Public Works Engineering Division through the online Service Request System by completing the form titled, "Road Construction-Questions/ Complaints/ Report Damage."

The 2025 Road Rehabilitation Project is expected to run from May 1 through July, 2025 and will target the following areas:

• Sawgrass Street and Plainfield Court in the Sawgrass Subdivision of Gregg’s Landing.
• The streets of the Centennial Crossing Subdivision including:  Ranney Avenue, Depot Street, Superior Street, Central Park Place, Ontario Street, Huron Street, LaSalle Street, Marseilles Street and Donnelly Place
• Gregg’s Parkway, east and west bound, between the North Huntington Drive and Lakeview Parkway.

5/21/25 NOTICE: Village-Wide Pavement Patching
In addition to the Road Rehabilitation Project outlined above, crews will be moving through the Village repairing roadways, sidewalks and the like. For more information, refer to the 2025 Pavement Patching Map.
