Building Code Update - Effective March 1, 2026
The Village has approved an update to the Building Code effective March 1, 2026. The municipal code available online does not yet reflect the amendment to Chapter 5 (Building Regulations). Please see Ordinance 2026-008 for a full list of local amendments. Applications submitted on or after March 1st must be designed in accordance with the following:
