The Village's contractor, Brother's Asphalt Paving, will begin performing road improvements in the following areas of the Village starting May 1st and lasting thru early July.
- Sawgrass Street and Plainfield Court in the Sawgrass Subdivision of Gregg’s Landing.
- The streets of the Centennial Crossing Subdivision including: Ranney Avenue, Depot Street, Superior Street, Central Park Place, Ontario Street, Huron Street, LaSalle Street, Marseilles Street and Donnelly Place
- Gregg’s Parkway, east and west bound, between the North Huntington Drive and Lakeview Parkway.
Weekly construction updates will be posted here throughout construction and residents who may have questions or need to report any damages to their property are encouraged to contact the Public Works Engineering Division through the online Service Request System by completing the form titled, "Road Construction-Questions/ Complaints/ Report Damage."

5/21/25 NOTICE: Village-Wide Pavement Patching
In addition to the Road Rehabilitation Project outlined above, crews are also moving through the Village repairing other roadways, sidewalks and the like. For more information, refer to the 2025 Bituminous Pavement Patching Map. 5/9/25 NOTICE: WM Collection Notice for Centennial Crossing Crossing Neighborhood
As road improvements are now underway, the Village has granted Waste Management/WM permission to start collection early for the next two weeks. Please have your garbage, recycling and organics containers out by 5:45 a.m. for the next two weeks.
