Restore Illinois - Plan by Governor Pritzker 5/5/2020

On May 5, 2020, Governor Pritzker issued a “five-phase plan” to reopen Illinois based on four regions of the State. As of this date, all of Illinois is in Phase 2. The earliest a region can enter Phase 3 will be on May 29, 2020.
