The Village now offers a one-stop online resource portal to ask questions, make requests and track progress.
The Village Service Request System (SRS) offers a simple way to connect with Village staff. The online forms are pre-loaded with some of the most common topics and concerns. Of course, you also have the option to discuss something that isn't on the list by using the first option – "Ask a Question."
Requests and questions may be filed quickly by providing simple contact information and a description of the quesion or concern. To make return visits even more efficient, you may create an account, which with then populate the contact fields the next time you visit. Either way, you will receive a tracking number for each request, allowing you to check on the status of your question or concern. If you provide an email, you will also receive automatic updates.
The goal of the Service Request System is to give residents a quick, easy connection point 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Links to the Service Request System are found on an Icon button on the main page of the Village website, as well as in the drop down menu for Village Communications.
For more assistance in using the system, check out the Tutorial video, which walks you through the process.
