The Village is experiencing issues with the non-emergency phone system. Phone lines at the Village Hall are non-operational and staff is unable to receive calls.
The Vernon Hills Police Department is experiencing similar issues with non-emergency lines.
Emergency lines at the Communications Center are working properly – there is no impact to Emergency 911 services.
The Village's phone service carrier is working to correct the issue as soon as possible. Until the issue is resolved, please consider reaching out to Village staff via email for routine, non-emergency communications. Thank you for your patience as we work to correct this issue.
