The Village's suggested Trick-or-Treat time is planned for Tuesday, October 31 from 4 to 8 p.m.
Those who are interested in participating are encouraged to turn on outside lights. Should you not want to participate, please consider hanging out a "No" poster. The entire community is encouraged to be especially vigilant when traveling through neighborhoods. Everyone is encouraged to be respectful. Best wishes for a safe and happy Halloween.
