Flags will be flown at half-staff starting September 21 in honor and remembrance of Captain Eleanor "Ellie" LeBeau Cooke, United States Marine Corps, from Belleville, IL.
Flags are flown at half-staff to honor Illinois' Fallen through notice from Governor JB Pritzker to all entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act.
