IDOT has informed the Village that Milwaukee Avenue (Rt 21) will be closed south of Gregg's Parkway from Tuesday, July 25 at 9 a.m. with reopening expected before Sunday, July 30 at 7 a.m., weather permitting.
The closing is to allow crews to repair a deteriorated railroad crossing.
SOUTHBOUND MARKED DETOUR ROUTE:
East on 176/Park Ave, South on St. Mary's Road, West on 60/Townline
NORTHBOUND MARKED DETOUR ROUTE:
East on 60/Townline, North on St. Mary's, West on 176/Park Ave
