Primary Election Day is Tuesday, March 19
Check the Lake County IL County Clerk's March 19, 2024 Primary Election website for a summary of all things related to this election

  • This Primary Election requires voters to select from one of two ballots – Republican or Democrat
  • The ballot(s) include selections for President and National Convention delegates (by party); federal, state and county-level lawmakers; county clerk, coroner, state's attorney and committee persons; referendum requests, if applicable
  • Review your ballot(s) by inputting your address on the Lake County IL March 19, 2024 Primary Election webpage
  • You must be registered at your current address in order to vote. There are several ways to register, including online (until March 3) or in-person on voting day. Review your options and required documentation on the Lake County IL March 19, 2024 Primary Election webpage
  • County-wide Early Voting – available from March 4 to 18 at Early Voting Sites around the county, including William E. Peterson Park, 16652 N. Buffalo Grove Rd, Prairie View
  • Election Day Voting – Tuesday March 19 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the voting site assigned to your address
