HOLIDAY TREE PICK-UP SCHEDULE
The Public Works Department will begin Holiday Tree pick-up and recycling starting January 4th and will pick up trees according to the following schedule:
Monday, January 4th - All areas North of Route 60 (Townline Rd)
Tuesday , January 5th - Deerpath, Stone Fence, Centennial Crossing, Aspen Pointe
Wednesday, January 6th - Plymouth Farms, Westwood, Grosse Pointe (including GP Circle), Old Grove Farms, Villas by the Lake
Thursday, January 7th - Country Club Estates, Hawthorn Club, Sugar Creek, River Grove, Sanctuary Pointe, Sarah's Glen, Writer Estates, Georgetown Square, Port Clinton Place, The Oaks, Woodland Chase
*Friday, January 8th will be a make-up day in the event of inclement weather
Please have your tree at the curb by 7 am the day of your pick-up and have all lights, ornaments, stands and bags removed from the tree.
Advanced Disposal will pick up trees January 11th through January 26th on their regular service day (Monday or Tuesday).
Only trees that have all ornaments, lights and bags removed will be recycled. Trees left in a bag will not be recycled and will be sent to the landfill with the regular trash so be sure to remove the plastic bag. Public Works will not pick up trees after January 8th . You may either place your tree at the curb with your regular trash for pick-up by Advanced Disposal, or you may bring it to the Public Works building for recycling.
