Reporting Mailbox Damage After A Snow Event

During a snow event, it is possible that the force of the snow that rolls off of the blade of a Village snowplow may unintentionally cause damage to your mailbox. Therefore, if you should experience mailbox damage during a snowplow operation, please report the damage immediately to the Public Works Department by calling 847-367-3726. All damage reports must be made and filed with the Public Works Department by April 15, 2021 to qualify for the damaged mailbox program.
