Pet Vaccination and Microchip Clinic

Recap of the 2018 Clinic

At the Pet Vaccination and Microchip Clinic held on April 28, 2018, the owners of 329 pets (293 dogs and 36 cats) took advantage of a great low-cost opportunity to have their pets vaccinated and microchipped. In fact, even though the clinic didn't begin until 9:00 a.m., some people were at the facility at 7:30 a.m. to avoid the wait. To say the least it was an amazing turn-out.

To accommodate the expected large crowd (and to guard against inclement weather), the clinic was held at the spacious Vernon Hills Public Works facility.

Although we hosted the event, its success would not have been possible without the assistance and cooperation of the people at Lake County Animal Care & Control. Also, a big thanks to the Vernon Hills Public Works Department for the use of the facility.

By the way, if you haven't had your pet microchipped, you may want to consider it. Click here for more information.

Watch for another clinic to be held in early 2019.
