At
the Village Board Meeting on April 15, 2003, the Board approved a motion
authorizing the Village Manager to implement a policy that required groups and
organizations requesting special police services to reimburse the Village at a
rate that approximated the police officer’s overtime rate. This resolution formalizes that motion.
