RESOLUTION 2003-97

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH TED GRAY & ASSOCIATES FOR THE SEAVEY DITCH CORRIDOR RESTORATION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2600.00.

WHEREAS, The Village of Vernon Hills desires to improve and maintain the Seavey Drainage Ditch within the Village of Vernon Hills;

WHEREAS, Ted Gray & Associates has provided a proposal to prepare and submit a grant application for Section 319 Combined Grant Funds for the Seavey Ditch Corridor Restoration project; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Manager is authorized to execute contracts to commit the Village to make payment to Ted Gray & Associates in the amount not to exceed $2600.00.
