RESOLUTION 2003-92

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSAL FROM P & S SWEEPING, INC. FOR 2003/2004 STREET SWEEPING

WHEREAS, the Village of Vernon Hills Public Works Department budgeted $15,000 in account 0102040-520630 for power sweeping Village streets;

AND WHEREAS, P & S Sweeping, Inc. has provided good service in the two previous budget years and it is in the best interest of the Village to approve their proposal;

AND WHEREAS, the price for 2003/2004 will be at a rate of $77.00 per hour;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

THAT a Purchase Order will be issued to P & S Sweeping, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $15,000 and the Village Manager is authorized to make payments.
