RESOLUTION 2003-188
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
REQUEST FOR EXCLUSION
OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON
HILLS BY THE COURT FROM THE
PRIMECO DEFENDANT SUB-CLASS
WHEREAS,
PrimeCo Personal Communications filed a complaint challenging the municipal
charge on monthly tax bills, including that of the Village of Vernon Hills; and
WHEREAS,
a separate complaint was filed against the Villages of Vernon Hills, Gurnee,
Libertyville, and Lake Zurich; and
WHEREAS,
the Villages of Vernon Hills, Gurnee, Libertyville, and Lake Zurich retained
separate legal counsel from the co-litigation.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF VERNON HILLS, COUNTY OF LAKE, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
That
the Village of Vernon Hills requests the exclusion from the co-defendant
sub-class.
