RESOLUTION 2003-177

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO SIGN THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PERMIT NO. NE2003102 FOR THE LAKE CHARLES DAM

 

WHEREAS, the Lake Charles Dam was reconstructed by G.A.Z. in conjunction with the Gregg’s Landing subdivision improvements; and

 

WHEREAS, on June 18, 2002 maintenance and operation of the Lake Charles Dam was accepted by the Village of Vernon Hills; and

 

WHEREAS, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water Resources has requested the operating permit to be revised and signed by the Village.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

 

That, the Village Board authorizes the Village Manager to sign the Acceptance Slip of the revised State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water Resources  Permit No. NE2003102.
