RESOLUTION 2003-173
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS AND THE VILLAGE
OF MUNDELEIN RELATING TO MUNDELEIN’S SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR AND
ACCESS EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Village of Mundelein and the Village of Vernon Hills desire to memorialize an agreement reached by the parties with respect to their rights and obligations to the matters contained in the intergovernmental agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
That the President is authorized to execute and the Clerk to attest to an Intergovernmental Agreement Relating to Mundelein’s Sanitary Sewer Interceptor and Access Easements.
