RESOLUTION 2003-172

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF USING FRANK C. VOLKMAN/MASSEY JET-VAC SERVICE FOR STORM SEWER RODDING

WHEREAS, Frank C. Volkman/Massey Jet-Vac Service is considered a sole source or a source determined by the Village Manager to be beneficial to the Village for contractor service of storm sewer rodding; and

WHEREAS, all contractors paid over $10,000 within a budget year require Board of Trustee approval.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Manager is authorized to execute payments to Frank C. Volkman/Massey Jet-Vac Service throughout the 2003/2004 budget year.
