RESOLUTION 2003-167

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES OVER $10,000 TO TGF ENTERPRISES, INC. WITHIN THE BUDGET YEAR

WHEREAS, TGF Enterprises, Inc. is considered a source determined by the Village Manager to be beneficial to the Village as a contractor working within the Village of Vernon Hills; and

WHEREAS, TGF Enterprises, Inc. is currently under contract with the Village of Vernon Hills for salting and snow removal within the Corporate Woods and Continental Executive Parke areas; and

WHEREAS, TGF Enterprises, Inc. also provides miscellaneous landscaping service within the Village; and

WHEREAS, all expenditures and purchases over $10,000 requires Board of Trustee approval.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Manager is authorized to execute payments to TGF ENTERPRISES, INC. throughout the 2003/2004 budget year.
