RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL PURCHASE OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES PURCHASED FROM
STEINER ELECTRIC COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Steiner Electric Company is
considered a sole source or a source determined by the Village Manager to be
beneficial to the Village for a supplier of electrical supplies, and
WHEREAS, all purchases over $10,000
require Board of Trustee approval.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
That,
the Village Manager is authorized to execute payments to Steiner Electric
Company throughout the 2003/2004 budget year.
