RESOLUTION  2003 -  146

 

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO SIGN THE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FORM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND BUILD OUT OF THE NEW CABLE STUDIO AND TO PAY VDV CONSULTING, INC.  AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $79,945.00.

                    

            WHEREAS, the Village Board has determined that VDV Consulting, Inc. has substantially completed the work in constructing the cable studio and has provided final waivers of lien and that the studio is occupied and functioning.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

 

THAT, the Village President is hereby authorized to execute the  Substantial Completion Form for the buildout of the cable studio in the new Village Hall and that the Finance Department is authorized to make payments to VDV Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $79,945 for fiscal year 2003-2004.
