A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS AND THE
CUNEO FOUNDATION
FOR THE ANNUAL HOLIDAY LIGHT SHOW
WHEREAS, the grounds of the Cuneo Museum and Gardens provide a magnificent backdrop for the holiday light festival sponsored by the Village of Vernon Hills and its cultural partners; and
WHEREAS, the Winter Wonderland Holiday Light Festival is northern Illinois’ largest drive-through holiday light festival; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Vernon Hills and the Cuneo Foundation desire to enter into a lease agreement for the annual Holiday Light Show.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
That the President is authorized to execute a lease agreement dated this 16th day of September between the Village of Vernon Hills and the Cuneo Foundation for the annual Holiday Light Show.
