A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF
A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
THE COUGAR ATHLETIC BOOSTERS OF VERNON
HILLS HIGH SCHOOL
FOR THE 2003/2004 ATHLETIC SEASON
WHEREAS, the Cougar Athletic Boosters of Vernon Hills High School is a non-profit organization; and
WHEREAS, the Cougar Athletic Boosters of Vernon Hills High School desires to hold fund raising activities to benefit the student athletic programs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Pursuant to Village Code Chapter 18, the President and Village Board approve a raffle license to the Cougar Athletic Boosters of Vernon Hills High School for the 2003/2004 athletic season during home games at Vernon Hills High School. Further, any fees associated with the raffle license are waived.
