RESOLUTION 2003-140

 

A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO MERIDIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF LAKE BLUFF FOR PAVING WORK AT SANCTUARY POINT SUBDIVISION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $20,000.

 

 

WHEREAS, Meridian Construction Company has completed the paving work at Sanctuary Point; and

 

WHEREAS, the completion of the paving work is required prior to Village acceptance of the subdivision;

 

AND WHEREAS, Sanctuary Point, LLC, has agreed that payment for the paving work will be deducted from their completion bond; and

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

 

That the Village Manager is authorized to make a payment to Meridian Construction Company, Lake Bluff, IL in the amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
