RESOLUTION 2003-138

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION 2003-87 -

APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS FOR SUMMER CELEBRATION 2003 FOR AN ADDITIONAL $3,125 TO CREATIVE SOUNDZ

WHEREAS, Resolution 2003-87 authorized payment to Creative Soundz in the amount of $15,000 for equipment rental; and

WHEREAS additional equipment was required for entertainment performances at 2003 Summer Celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Manager is authorized make a payment to Creative Soundz Inc. in the amount of $3,125 for the rental of additional equipment. Further, that Resolution 2003-87 be amended to reflect that payment.
