RESOLUTION 2003-135

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF

THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE

AND FOUR AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

FOR WHITE DEER RUN GOLF COURSE

WHEREAS, the Village of Vernon Hills and PAR Development entered into a lease agreement dated April 9, 1996 for White Deer Run Golf Course and this is the third amendment to the lease agreement; and

WHEREAS, the Village of Vernon Hills and PAR Development entered into a development agreement dated April 9, 1996 for White Deer Run Golf Course and this is the fourth amendment to the development agreement; and

WHEREAS, White Deer Run Golf Course desires to borrow funds from an alternative financial institution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village President is authorized to execute and the Village Clerk to attest to the Third Amendment to Lease and Fourth Amendment to Development Agreement dated July 1, 2003 as attached hereto.
