RESOLUTION 2003-134

A RESOLUTION AMENDING 2003-97, INCREASING THE CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH TED GRAY & ASSOCIATES FOR THE SEAVEY DITCH CORRIDOR RESTORATION PROJECT FROM $2,600.00 TO AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,805.00.

WHEREAS, The Village of Vernon Hills desires to improve and maintain the Seavey Drainage Ditch within the Village of Vernon Hills;

WHEREAS, Ted Gray & Associates has provided a proposal to prepare and submit a grant application for Section 319 Combined Grant Funds for the Seavey Ditch Corridor Restoration project; and

WHEREAS, Ted Gray & Associates provided additional services for the Section 319 Combined Grant Funds for the Seavey Ditch Corridor Restoration project; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Manager is authorized to execute contracts to commit the Village to increase payment to Ted Gray & Associates from $2,600.00 to an amount not to exceed $2,805.00.
