RESOLUTION 2003-130

AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN

POD 8, BROADMOOR IN THE GREGG’S LANDING SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Village of Vernon Hills requires Village Board approval for completion of subdivision projects;

WHEREAS, the developer has completed the necessary improvements;

WHEREAS, The Village of Vernon Hills will release Pod 8 subsequent to the receipt of a two-year maintenance guarantee:

WHEREAS, the two year warranty will provide for all public infrastructures including all parkway trees;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Board of Vernon Hills accepts the public improvements for Pod 8, Broadmoor, in the Gregg’s Landing subdivision and will release Pod 8 subsequent to the receipt of a two-year maintenance guarantee.
