RESOLUTION 2003-119

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH BONESTROO DEVERY & ASSOCIATES FOR THE DEERPATH DRIVE CULVERT REHABILITATION

WHEREAS, monies are budgeted in account 0209111-550030 for the rehabilitation of the three culverts under Deerpath Drive and the Christ Lutheran Church parking lot; and

WHEREAS BONESTROO DEVERY & ASSOCIATES has submitted a proposal to complete the plan preparation, specifications, and cost estimates for the work in the amount of $9,300;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

THAT the Village Board approves the BONESTROO DEVERY & ASSOCIATES proposal dated June 27, 2003; and

THAT, the Village Manager is authorized to sign and execute a contract with BONESTROO DEVERY & ASSOCIATES; and

THAT, a Purchase Order is issued to BONESTROO DEVERY & ASSOCIATES in the amount of $9,300.00 and the Village Manger is authorized to make payments.
