A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF BRANDL COMMUNICATIONS FOR PUBLICITY, DESIGN AND GRAPHIC SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, all professional service engagements, which requires the expenditure of over $10,000, require Board of Trustee approval; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board has determined that Brandl Communications is well suited for publicity, promotions, design and graphic services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
That the Village Manager or his duly authorized representative is authorized to commit the Village to make payments to Brandl Communications for publicity, design and graphic services in an amount not to exceed $30,000 for the Fiscal Year 2003-04.
