RESOLUTION 2003 - 113

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FUNDING OF THE SUMMER CELEBRATION IMPRESSED ACCOUNT AT A LEVEL NOT TO EXCEED $16,100

WHEREAS, resolution 2000-46, which specifies internal controls for the Summer Celebration, requires that the Summer Celebration Event Treasurer submit a written request for a funding amount for the Summer Celebration impressed account, including an itemization of expenditures from the impressed account including purposes and approximate amounts; and

WHEREAS, Resolution 2000-46 requires Board approval of the funding request, prior to the Finance Director funding the account in the amount of the request plus $100;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Finance Director is authorized to fund the Summer Celebration Impressed Account in an amount not to exceed $16,100.
