RESOLUTION 2003-107

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROLF C. CAMPBELL & ASSOC., LAKE BLUFF, IL FOR CONSULTANT LANDSCAPE INSPECTION SERVICES FROM MAY 1, 2003 TO APRIL 30, 2004, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $60,000.00

WHEREAS, all professional service engagements, which require the expenditure of over $10,000, require Board of Trustee approval; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board has determined that Rolf C. Campbell & Associates, Lake Bluff, IL is well suited for provision of professional landscape architecture services; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

That the Village Manager is authorized to execute contracts to commit the Village to make payments to Rolf C. Campbell & Associates, Lake Bluff, IL in the amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
