RESOLUTION 2003-102

A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THERMOPLASTIC PAVEMENT LANE MARKING OF VILLAGE STREETS TO SUPERIOR ROAD STRIPING NOT TO EXCEED $20,000

WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees for the Village of Vernon Hills, Illinois award the Northwest Municipal Conference bid for the 2003 thermoplastic pavement lane marking to Superior Road Striping;

AND WHEREAS, $20,000 was budgeted in account 0209059-550050 for such work;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Vernon Hills, Lake County Illinois:

AND THAT, The Village of Vernon Hills will issue a purchase order in the amount to not exceed $20,000 to Superior Road Striping for thermoplastic pavement lane marking and the Village Manager is authorized to make payments.
