A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE VILLAGE MANAGER’S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
That the President is authorized to sign and the Clerk to attest to the Village Manager’s employment agreement dated May 1, 2003.
