Bentonville, AR 72716, requesting the following:

Pursuant to Exhibit F of the MarketPlace
Annexation Agreement and Appendix C of the Village of Vernon Hills Code of
Ordinance, Article 13, Section 13.3, Articles 18 and 21, Section 21.3 and 21.6,
approval of a Special Use Permit to allow for the operation of an automobile
service station on the Sam’s Club property, 335 North Milwaukee Avenue, Vernon
Hills, Illinois and is zoned B-1 General Business District.

filed by John Zizzo, Coldwell Banker, 1133 S. Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL,
60048 representing the property owner, DeMonte Builders, Inc.,
1) Pursuant to Article 13, Section 13.3, Articles 18 and 21, Section 21.3 and 21.6 of the Vernon Hills Zoning Ordinance, the petitioner is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow for the development of a multi-tenant commercial building for general retail sales.
