OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS

1. President Byrne called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

2. Roll call indicated the following Trustees present: Cashman, Duros, Hebda, Koch and Weil. Trustee Williams was absent.

Also present were Manager Allison, Assistant Manager Kalmar, Finance Director Nakrin, Village Engineer Brown, Village Attorney Citron and Deputy Village Clerk Pelletier.

3. The Pledge of Allegiance was given.

4. Adjournment.

Motion by Trustee Hebda, second by Trustee Duros to adjourn the Special Board Meeting and go to the Special Committee of the Whole. Roll call vote:

AYES: 5 – Duros, Hebda, Koch, Weil Cashman

NAYS: 0-None

ABSENT: 1-Williams

Motion declared carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
