OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VERNON HILLS

HELD MARCH 18, 2003

BUDGET AND BUDGET RESOLUTION FOR FISCAL YEAR

BEGINNING MAY 1, 2003 AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2004

President Byrne called to order at 6:58 p.m. the public hearing concerning the budget and budget resolution for fiscal year beginning May 1, 2003 and ending April 30, 2004.

Roll call indicated the following trustees present: Byrne, Hebda, Henley, Duros, Williams, Koch, Cashman

No one came forward to speak.

Motion by Trustee Henley, second by Trustee Williams to close the public hearing. Roll call vote:

AYES: 6 –Hebda, Henley, Koch, Williams, Cashman, Duros

NAYS: 0 – None

ABSENT: 0 –None

Motion declared carried.

Meeting closed at 7:00 p.m.
