IN ATTENDANCE: President Byrne called the meeting to order at 8:28 p.m. The following Trustees were present: Duros, Hebda, Henley, Koch, Ryg, and Williams.

Also present were Manager Allison, Assistant Manager Kalmar, Assistant to the Manager Teich, Building Commissioner Gerth, Finance Director Nakrin, Public Works Director Laudenslager, Chief Fleischhauer, Corporation Counsel Citron, and Village Clerk Schwartz.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Motion by Trustee Koch, second by Trustee Hebda to approve the 4/17/01Committee of the Whole Minutes subject to an addition to the St. Ives Lane Proposed Storm Sewer Project noting that the need for the project is due to design inadequacies by current development standards. Roll call vote:

AYES: 6 – Duros, Hebda, Henley, Koch, Ryg, Williams

2. CHIPOLTE MEXICAN GRILL – OUTDOOR ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT

Mr. David Hoffman representing Chipolte Grill requested permission for an outdoor dining permit. Plans were presented showing a seating capacity of 8 customers on the sidewalk immediately in front of the building on the west side. Motion by Trustee Ryg, second by Trustee Koch to approve the application, as presented, by Chipolte Mexican Grill for an outdoor dining and seating establishment permit. Roll call vote:

AYES: 6 – Hebda, Henley, Koch, Ryg, Williams, Duros

NAYS: 0 – None

3. 2000 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE

Building Commissioner Gerth presented the 2000 International Property Maintenance Code to be adopted. This section of the Village’s Building Code was last revised in 1993. Motion by Trustee Williams, second by Trustee Koch to approve the ordinance adopting the 2000 International Property Maintenance Code. Roll call vote:

AYES: 6 – Henley, Koch, Ryg, Williams, Duros, Hebda
