IN ATTENDANCE: President Byrne called the meeting to order at 8:32 p.m. The following Trustees were present: Black, Cashman, Hebda, Henley, and Koch.

Also present were Manager Allison, Assistant Manager Kalmar, Assistant to the Manager Teich, Building Commissioner Gerth, Finance Director Nakrin, Public Works Director Laudenslager, Chief Fleischhauer, Corporation Counsel Citron, Attorney Geo-Karis and Village Clerk Schwartz.

Motion by Trustee Cashman, second by Trustee Henley to approve the 1/16/2001 Committee of the Whole minutes. Roll call vote:

2. NOISE AND DUST WALL FROM PRAIRIE MATERIAL SALES

3. BOOGIE NIGHTS – ELEVATION AND SITE PLANS

Gary Smyth from Boogie Nights presented the exterior renovation plan addressing the parking lot, building exterior, landscaping and the volleyball area. Trustee Hebda requested a different fence option that the one proposed. Motion by Trustee Koch, second by Trustee Henley to approve Boogie Nights exterior color scheme as presented. Roll call vote:

AYES: 5 – Cashman, Hebda, Henley, Koch, Black

NAYS: 0 – None

ABSENT: 1 – Ryg

4. GREGG’S LANDING, BAY TREE POD 6 – RECONSIDERATION OF ELEVATIONS

Joe Saphan of Bloodgood Sharp Buster presented the plans dated January 24, 2001 for Bay Tree showing french country elevations. Trustees Hebda and Black reviewed these designs along with staff. Planning and Zoning recommended approval subject to 7 conditions noted in their minutes. Motion by Trustee Black, second by Trustee Henley to approve the drafting of the necessary ordinance containing the Development Agreement and subject to Planning and Zoning’s conditions A-G as reflected in their minutes. Roll call vote:

AYES: 4 – Hebda, Henley, Koch, Black, Cashman

NAYS: 0 – None

ABSENT: 1 – Ryg
