IN ATTENDANCE: President Byrne called the meeting to order at 8:40 p.m. The following Trustees were present: Cashman, Hebda, Henley, Koch, and Ryg.

Also present were Assistant Manager Kalmar, Building Commissioner Gerth, Chief Fleischhauer, Assistant to the Manager Teich, Corporation Counsel Burney, Attorney Geo-Karis and Village Clerk Schwartz.

1. MINUTES

Motion by Trustee Koch, second by Trustee Hebda to approve the 9/05/00 Committee of the Whole minutes subject to the following changes:

#6) Refusal for Lowe’s Home Improvement located on the Clavey property because the store would be in excess of the court ordered maximum of three 40,000 square foot stores.

#8) Motion denied by Trustee Ryg because the education incentive was not included.
