Fingerprinting is a courtesy the Vernon Hills Police Department provides free of charge for its residents and employees of government entities located in Vernon Hills. With identification, these individuals can come to the station any time. Fingerprinting will be conducted based on staff availability, so it's always good to call ahead: 847-362-4449
The VHPD will also take LIVESCAN prints for governmental employees or other entities that have LIVESCAN set up with us.
Effective September 9, 2010, any non-resident or employee of a private business who wishes to be fingerprinted will need to come to the police station during the following days/times:
Again, fingerprinting is based on staff availability. There is a $30 cash fee for non-residents and private business employees.
