The Public Works Department will begin Christmas Tree pick-up and recycling starting January 4th and will pick-up trees according to the following schedule:
Monday- (January 3rd & 10th) All areas North of Route 60
Tuesday- (January 4th & 11th) Deerpath, Stone Fence, Centennial
Crossing, Aspen Point
Wednesday- (January 5th & 12th) Plymouth Farms, Westwood,
Grosse Pointe (including GP Circle),
Old Grove Farms, Villas by the Lake
Thursday- (January 6th & 13th) Country Club Estates (old section),
Hawthorn Club, Sugar Creek, River
Grove, Sanctuary Point, Sarah's
Glen, Writer Estates, Georgetown
Square, Port Clinton Place
Friday- (January 7th & 14th) Make-up day for bad weather
Please have your tree at the curb by 7:00AM the day of your pick-up and have all lights, ornaments, stands and bags removed from the tree.
After January 14th you may either place your tree at the curb with your regular trash for pick-up or you may bring it to the Public Works building for recycling. Public Works will not pick-up trees after January 14th. For questions please call Public Works at (847) 367-3726
