VHPD BASSET Certificates

To obtain a copy of your Vernon Hills Police Department issued certificate (issued prior to 2002), please provide the following information:

• Name at the time of certification
• Date of Birth
• Approximate date of attendance

You may either call in this information (847-247-4889) or e-mail it.

If you pick up the certificate in person, there is no charge (you will be asked for identification when picking it up).  If you want the certificate mailed to you, you must send in a self-addressed, stamped envelope.  Remember that the certificate is 8 1/2" x 11" so if you send in a business-sized envelope, the certificate will be folded.

If you were certified at/with another provider, you must contact them to get a new certificate.
