The Vernon Hills Police Department welcomes community groups to take a guided tour of the facility at 754 and 740 Lakeview Parkway.  This invitation is open to youth groups and adult groups alike.  How long the tour will last is up to you and the time frame available.  The size of the group and the ages of the children are factors that are also taken into consideration.  However, most tours last between 60-90 minutes.

To set up a tour of the facility, call the Crime Prevention Unit at (847) 247-4889.  If at all possible, it’s best to call as far in advance as possible.
