Law Enforcement Exhibition - Participant's Information

Dates to Remember:

• This year's event will be during the weekend of September 13-14, 2008.
  • Set up for vehicles will be on Friday, September 12th at 9 PM.
  • The mall doors open at 7:30 AM on Saturday for those without vehicles who choose not to set-up on Friday night.
• There will be a pre-event meeting in the Westfield food court to allow departments to get a "lay of the land" (Date and time TBA). Pastries and drinks will be provided.
• Registration forms are available at the bottom of this page. The due date is TBA.

Event Info:

• Please download and read the mall rules below. You do not have to sign a waiver, but there are specific regulations we must all adhere to in order to be invited back next year, so please take the time and make sure you are familiar with them.
• Larger vehicles can be accommodate on the lower level only, so spots are limited. Motorcycles, bicycles, and some smaller vehicles can fit on the upper level.
• We will be trying to keep departments in the same spot as previous years, unless there is a request for a different location. Please indicate if you would like a different location on the registration form.
• The Exhibition will run all weekend during mall hours:
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 9 PM
  • Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM
• The mall will supply tables, table-skirts, and chairs. Please indicate how many tables (and size) you will need.
• There will be a break room set up with a complimentary breakfast each morning. Meal vouchers will be included as well.
• We will once again be raising money for the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial Fund. Just by putting out donation jars last year, we managed to raise $559.34.

Misc. Info:

• Please make sure to be as specific as you can about your display (size of display board, static, interactive, etc.). The more ideas and information that comes in, the bigger we can make the overall product.
• If you have any ideas to improve the overall Exhibition, please let us know.
• Once again, we will be updating this web-page as new information comes in, so bookmark it and check it regularly.
