August 4, 2009 - Each year, this event keeps getting larger and this summer did not disappoint. Although the clouds threatened to put a damper on the day's festivities, by 4 PM the sky was clear and the sun was finally out!

Well over 1,000 people came out to enjoy the many FREE activities from the VHPD's 14th annual NNO, including an inflatable playground, live DJ, 9-hole miniature golf course, sand volleyball, baggo, carnival games, BBQ food, Jamba Juice samples, arts & crafts, and of course - a soaking from our friends at the Countryside Fire Protection District.

Many thanks goes out to all the volunteers that made this year's event a smashing success. We would be remiss if we didn't thank our National Sponsor, Target, for their generous donation of $1,500 as well!
