K-9 Officer Reaches 20 Years

July 7 - Today the VHPD celebrated another anniversary - 20 years of service for K-9 Officer Bill Heelan.  Bill has been the K-9 handler for Storm since 2001.  Bill was instrumental in obtaining funding for our second K-9 unit.  Congratulations, Bill!
